#inktober 2017 Posting these older brush pen pieces has me itching to do some brushwork. But what to draw when I'm done with my client work?? I'm at a point where I have so many ideas now I have trouble choosing what to commit time to, wheres when I made this I had no ideas!

'Always' another past #inktober. I listen to the #harrypotter audiobooks at least a few times annually to help me through spells of insomnia. Snape's story always pulls at my heart, and every time I listen I notice new tidbits that were laid in place even in the first books.

I'm working on the next #inktober piece & I got 🌺🐍Coils🐍🌺 scanned and pretty. I'm getting better at photographing finished drawings but really it never looks as good as a properly edited scans. This one is now available as a print on my website as well in case you love sneks!

'Always' For #inktober 2016, Severus is one of my favorites. When I was #hogwarts age I had awful insomnia and my dad came up with the solution of playing the audiobook CDs thru the night to relax my brain to sleep. Even as a grown up it still helps and is so special to me ☺️

My Sailfish from #inktober 2017 is the only original from that series I have left in my webstore 😿. They are incredible ocean predators recorded @ 70mph! They hunt by flicking their spear like noses at schooling fish to knock them away from the group is just masterful. #fishing

Hawksbill Sea Turtles from #inktober last year! This was the hardest one for me. Even though its of animals the geometry in the scales and skin wrinkles was a huge challenge for me. I usually avoid straight edged subjects at all costs but it was worth it for this :) #inktober2018
