Next one is Yadokaridori (hermit crab). Purely white and with a curled tail. When sense fear, they hide away inside small shells on the shore while chirping to warn their brethren. Their chirping foreshadows a tragedy that is about to happen. #inktober2020 #Inktober #inked

At this point I started to focus the prompt themes on creatures from "mushishi" (and japanese folklore). Here's kuchinawa. Can be represented as a white serpent and is seen as a Messenger of the gods. In the series it appears as a guardian of a mountain. #inktober2020 #Inktober
