Saw @Daredevil was trending, so let me share an art piece previously unseen . It's the dynamic duo though, since I don't have any DDs solo right now. 12x16, pencils and watercolors. I particularly like Elektra's face, reminds me of Cher a bit. DMs welcome.
I am beyond happy to share this cover with you guys, it took 5 days to paint and the result is pretty decent. FANTASTIC FOUR 13 Knight's End variant. On Arches Hot Press 640gms paper 15x22. Watercolors and a touch of acrylics. Available.
I assume this yellow DD will not be a popular post, since it's not a conventional take on the character, not a hero pose, but rather a poetic homage to Egon Schiele's genius. I drew one inspired by him a while back and was one of my hardest art sales. 12x16.
I confess, working with markers is hard. And time consuming. Yet somewhat rewarding after the amount of effort invested. Someone suggested I draw the Surfer in this media yesterday, so there you go. Feel free to comment.
Testing new technique today using markers. Can’t recall the last time I did used them, unsure if ever. Familiar foe and pose help me not doubting myself too much. Also testing the market for it and of course Twitter’s platform today. Replies are welcome and encouraged.
I drew this Batman (sized 8.5x11) in my daughter's 5th grade class last week during a comic book talk. I would like to offer it to the highest bidder and donate the proceeds to the 321 Public School. Please DM me with your offers, let's start at 100 bucks.
My friend and a fellow artist Casey Parsons surprised me with a lovely gift of three different tubes of Schmincke Liquid charcoals. Thanks, brother. Putting them to the test now!
