Still having fun playing/practicing inking with copies of @georgepereznet’s #JLAAvengers pencil pages from 1983! Trying to evoke the original spirit of the work — from one of my favorite time periods of George’s career — while adding a few tones in #Procreate.

Still playing w/ those @georgepereznet #JLAAvengers pages from 83 or so; pencil scans I have are rough but still so much fun. It’s interesting seeing how George’s pencils & takes on characters developed over time! Back to reg work now, but sharing cause I’m such a fanboy…😃
Spending some time on Friday continuing the ink (bad) copies of @georgepereznet’s original #JLAAvengers pages from 1983. Probably being a little too precious with it all but wow, is this fun — tho a bit nerve wracking!
Some late night inking for fun; I was never @georgepereznet’s best inker (despite his influence on me) but I’ve always wanted to try play w/his original #JLAAvengers pencils from ‘83. Way more difficult than I expected, tho so much joy in the end —! #procreateapp #digitalinks
The black and white line work for my first print — an homage to #GodsofGotham, my first arc on Wonder Woman 20 years ago. I’ve shared before, but just stumbled onto it again, and I like it a lot. :) I think versions are still still available through @ComicModern —!

Another thing about this book — it absolutely goes without saying that I would have no career or intimate professional attachment to #WonderWoman without the profound influence of @georgepereznet on my career and soul. Every piece of art I make is in some way a tribute to him.

Omigod, I just found this copy of a drawing I did of various mythological gods from Feb 1991 — just months before I got hired to do my first work for @DCComics. And now, 30 years later, I’m still drawing the gods — in #WWHistoria. An obsession which has lasted 30+ years…
