Hey #pixelart and #gamedesign folks, help me out. If the bottom symbol is the cost to overnight the obstacle, and the symbol in the bubble is the reward for doing so, where — and how — would you show a symbol for the consequences of not overcoming an obstacle? RTs appreciated.

Playtest game 9 of my #roguelike #pixelart dungeon-crawling card game ends in a loss. My win rate is now just 33%. I simply could NOT find the third Quest Item this game. I had to pass the Exit (stick it on the bottom of the deck) and circle back around, ending in a TPK.
